Each tour is different, with most typically lasting 75 to 90 minutes, and covering distance the equivalent of about 3 city blocks.

Our hours change week-to-week and day-to-day, depending on production schedules. Check out the BUY TICKETS page for our schedule on any particular day.

The Tour begins in The Shop at NBC Studios, located in the lobby of 30 Rockefeller Plaza. Enter the building from the 6th Avenue entrance for quickest access.

Please check-in with the Shop staff upon arriving for your Tour to present your ticketing confirmation.

Refunds are offered for cancellations requested 7 or more days before your scheduled Tour.

To request a modification or reschedule your Tour, please contact our team with at least 7 days notice at [email protected].

Latecomers will not be admitted to The Tour.  Arriving at The Shop 15 minutes before your ticketed Tour start time is strongly recommended.

Every tour is different! Depending on the day/time of your tour and our production schedule, studio access will vary.

Wheelchairs and Mobility Scooters

• The tour route includes public spaces and studios which are all wheelchair and Mobility Scooter accessible.
• Power assist doors are located on the 6th Avenue entrance to 30 Rockefeller Plaza.

Service Animals
Service Animals are welcome in all public areas and throughout The Tour.

ASL Interpreting Services
The Tour offers complimentary American Sign Language interpreters for deaf or hard of hearing guests. Please email [email protected] at least 5 business days in advance of your Tour to ensure we can accommodate.

Water bottles with lids are permitted on the Tour. All other food and drink is prohibited.

Due to the behind-the-scenes nature of the experience, photography during the Tour is prohibited.

We want every tour to be as awesome as possible!

Sometimes last minute production needs may cause us to have to cancel a tour, due to studio logistics. If we do need to cancel your tour, you will be refunded in full.

Children between the ages of 8 and 17 are permitted on The Tour and entitled to a discounted rate of $42 per ticket. Children under the age of 8 are not permitted on The Tour.

We recommend you keep an eye on our website, as tours are released based on our always changing production schedule.
